摘要:
采集湿天麻,通过常压蒸煮、切片、烘干、粉碎、超声辅助水提醇沉、脱色等工艺处理,得到天麻粗多糖。利用薄层平板琼脂糖孔穴扩散法定性测定天麻粗多糖抗菌活性,进而采用微量肉汤稀释法测定40株菌株(包括标准株和临床分离株)的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,简称MIC)。天麻多糖具有广谱抗菌活性,对G-的MIC范围为0.468 75~15 mg/mL,对G+的MIC范围0.937 5~120 mg/mL,对真菌的MIC范围0.937 5~30 mg/mL,其中对嗜麦芽假单胞菌090223、黏质沙雷氏菌1379、产酸克伯杆菌3株菌的抑菌活性最好,MIC为0.468 75 mg/mL。汉中天麻多糖粗提物对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌和真菌具有一定的抗菌活性。
