摘要:
为探究樟脑对彩绒革盖菌的抑菌防腐机制,对彩绒革盖菌及其樟脑处理样的双向电泳图谱进行分析,采用基质辅助激光解析串联飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF/MS)对差异蛋白质点进行分析与鉴定,经检索确定表达变化明显的差异蛋白质点28个,对鉴定出的15个蛋白质点分析发现8个蛋白质点上调表达,7个蛋白质点为下调表达。这些蛋白质参与彩绒革盖菌的细胞内蛋白质生物合成以及tRNA转位过程,对其新陈代谢、DNA复制、转录、翻译、细胞周期进程、信号传导、细胞凋亡和胞外分泌等过程有作用。
