摘要:
通过日粮中添加不同比例的红景天提取物,研究红景天提取物对西藏高海拔地区肉鸡生产性能和腹水敏感性的影响。试验选用900羽1日龄雄性AA肉仔鸡,随机分为5个处理组,每组重复6个,每个重复30羽,分别在基础日粮(对照组)中添加0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.40%红景天水提物干粉,试验期42 d。研究表明,相比于对照组,020%、0.40%红景天提取物处理组明显提高了肉鸡的平均日增质量和平均日采食量,但对饲料转化率无显著影响。添加0.20%、0.40%红景天提取物显著降低了肉鸡腹水死亡率,而添加0.15%、0.20%、0.40%红景天提取物显著降低了肉鸡非腹水死亡率。添加0.20%、0.40%红景天提取物在14、28、42 d显著提高了肉鸡红细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积,而添加0.10%、0.15%红景天提取物显著提高了42 d时肉鸡红细胞数量、血红蛋白浓度和红细胞压积。结果提示,日粮中添加红景天提取物能够提高高原缺氧环境下肉鸡的生产性能,减低死亡率和腹水敏感性,但存在剂量依赖性,以0.20%添加效果最佳。
