摘要:
为满足畜牧生产需求,更有效地控制奶牛的后代性别,采用RNA干扰技术分别对2头成年健康繁殖性能正常的荷斯坦公牛Zfy基因mRNA进行干扰,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行卡方检验分析方法。结果显示,与对照组相比,干扰组公牛的后代性别比例发生明显的偏移,母犊比例达75%以上,而子代的体尺、生长发育及繁殖性能等均无变化。得出结论,干扰Zfy基因生产奶牛性控精液的方法简单、方便、易操作,在生产中具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。
