摘要:
在前置仓合作情况下，构建由1个供应商与1个零售商组成的生鲜农产品双渠道供应链模型，验证采取前置仓合作的必要性，分析双渠道供应链在集中决策与分散决策2种模式下供应商与零售商各自的利润以及总的利润变化。从供应商与零售商进行前置仓合作的角度出发，提出一种双渠道供应链协调的数量折扣契约，论证此契约能够实现生鲜农产品双渠道供应链的协调，且在一定范围内保证双渠道供应链的双赢。最后通过算例分析，进一步检验了此数量折扣契约能够实现有效协调。
