摘要:
社会经济水平的快速发展和居民消费观念的快速转变对生鲜农产品的质量情况提出了更高的要求,使农产品信息披露与定价问题面临新的挑战。首先,作出合理假设,构建零售商和消费者关于生鲜农产品新鲜度信息披露问题的博弈模型。其次,考虑3种定价策略,分析不同定价函数形式的适用条件及均衡解。最后,通过仿真试验验证相关结论,并对参数改变情况下零售商的定价策略选择给予指导。无论生鲜农产品零售商选择披露或不披露农产品新鲜度信息的策略,博弈模型的均衡解都为消费者选择购买对应策略下的农产品。然而,由于国家相关部门管控趋势的加强及消费者对高质量农产品需求的提高,零售商只有披露农产品新鲜度信息才能实现长远发展。此时,零售商可根据市场反应选择策略、制定价格,以实现利润最大化。即零售商的定价策略选择可遵循如下原则:当消费者对农产品新鲜度的变化较不敏感,而对农产品价格的变化非常敏感时,二阶段型定价策略更有利于零售商实现利润的最大化;但在消费者对农产品新鲜度变化十分敏感的情况下,零售商选择连续型定价策略会更有优势;当不太新鲜的生鲜农产品撤出市场能够使需求价格弹性减小较多时,退出型定价策略会更有利。
