摘要:
为了探索文冠果种子的快速催芽技术,以文冠果种子为材料,对其进行不同温度(50、60、70、80、90 ℃)、去种子外皮、不同粒径(≥10 mm、8~<10 mm、6~<8 mm、4~<6 mm、<4 mm)及不同催芽方法的研究。结果表明:(1)在选用高温处理文冠果种子时,适宜的水温为80 ℃。(2)剥去外种皮后,文冠果种子发芽率、发芽势均明显提高。开始发芽天数比对照提前12 d;发芽率、发芽势达到86.23%、43.12%,比对照分别高出30.58、20.31百分点;发芽速比对照提前14 d;剥去外种皮能够起到快速催芽的作用。(3)粒径6 mm及以上的文冠果种子,发芽率达到86.11%及以上。(4)文冠果种子低温层积催芽,能够获得76.66%的发芽率。
