摘要:
采用水蒸馏法分别提取来自5个省份不同区域的干姜和生姜挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析了不同产地干姜和生姜提取的精油得率及化学成分,筛选出主成分,比较生姜发汗前后以及干姜片粉碎前后精油差异化成分。结果表明,不同产地生姜和干姜挥发主成分有明显差异,但是提取出的主成分基本一致,含量不同,其中桉树脑可作为鲁姜特征标识物,乙酸香叶酯可作为豫姜的特征标志物;此外,生姜发汗前后及干姜粉碎前后会导致某些成分缺失或富集,且干姜片粉碎后提取精油得率较高。
