摘要:
大量研究表明,稻米食味品质除受主效基因Wx控制外,还受其他稻米食味品质相关基因的影响。为了探明江苏省粳稻不同淀粉合成相关基因的遗传变异组合对稻米理化指标的影响,本研究利用分子标记对203份江苏省粳稻预试材料(2015年)的9个淀粉合成相关基因的基因型进行检测,发现9个基因位点中仅WxCT、SSIIIa这2个位点广泛存在2种类型的等位基因变异,其他7个位点只有0~3份粳稻含有不同类型的等位基因,在此基础上分别研究WxCT、SSIIIa基因的遗传效应。研究发现来源于(CT)18的等位基因可能有减少直链淀粉含量(AC)的效应,来源于SSIIIa1的等位基因可能有减少直链淀粉含量、增加胶稠度(GC)的效应。进一步研究发现WxCT、SSIIIa基因之间存在互作效应,且基因间互作效应的方向随基因来源不同而异。
