摘要:
针对国产采棉机采收含杂率高、杂质分布复杂、难以快速检测等问题，提出了一种基于图像处理的机采棉杂质图像提取算法。该算法在HSI颜色模型、Lab颜色模型下设计试验采集图像，利用中值滤波处理图像，然后对图像进行自适应阈值分割，分割棉花和杂质图像，通过连通域分析绘制棉花轮廓和杂质轮廓，在此基础上计算其像素面积，得到杂质面积百分比。结果表明，该算法可有效分割机采棉中的常见杂质，为机采棉含杂率的快速评估奠定基础。
