摘要:
为探讨黑素皮质素受体4(melanocortin receptor-4,MC4R)基因多态性对波尔山羊生长性状的影响,对波尔山羊MC4R基因进行了克隆测序,筛选多态性位点。结果表明:MC4R胞内3环基因片段存在2个碱基颠换,分别是编码区663 bp处C/A颠换、693 bp处C/T颠换;其中693 bp处C/T存在于Csp6Ⅰ酶切位点内,以此建立了基于 Csp6Ⅰ 酶切的PCR-RFLP检测方法,并对163只波尔山羊进行检测分析;在受检波尔山羊中检测到CC、CT 2种基因型,2种基因型在波尔山羊各月龄体重方面差异均不显著,且在群体中表现为低度多态,群体遗传杂合度较低,表明C693T位点在波尔山羊群体中的遗传一致性较高。
