摘要:
根据GenBank已报道的枯草芽孢杆菌的基因序列,设计特异性引物,经PCR分别从B.subtilis L、B.subtilis K基因组中扩增得到3个纤维素酶基因序列,基因片段分别长约700、1 500、1 700 bp。连接到T载体上进行测序,获得该3个纤维素酶基因片段的DNA序列,在线比对分析表明3个基因的部分碱基序列与已报道的纤维素酶基因的序列同源性达99%。这3个基因的全序列在GenBank中未见报道,且通过软件对比,三者没有任何相似性。根据3个纤维素酶基因的来源分别命
