摘要:
在实验室条件下，研究了芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)QC-13对咪唑乙烟酸污染土壤的生物修复作用。投加降解菌QC-13可显著提高咪唑乙烟酸在土壤中的降解速率。当咪唑乙烟酸浓度为50 mg/kg干土，且QC-13的接种量为108 CFU/g干土时，21 d后土壤中咪唑乙烟酸的降解率为66.2%，而对照土壤则为14.4%。咪唑乙烟酸的降解速率与接种量呈正相关，当接种量减少至105 CFU/g干土时，降解率降低至31.8%。菌株QC-13降解土壤中咪唑乙烟酸的最适温度为30 ℃，降解率于21 d可达62.7%；当土壤含水量为40%时，于21 d时咪唑乙烟酸的降解率为62.2%，且降解率随含水量的增加而降低。接种QC-13可不同程度缓解土壤中浓度为50、100 μg/kg干土的咪唑乙烟酸对玉米、小麦的生长抑制作用。
