摘要:
从河北省枣强县受重金属污染的土壤中分离得到2株耐铅细菌,即ZQq1和DYq2,耐受铅离子最高浓度分别为2.0、2.5 mmol/L,经鉴定为芽孢杆菌属。2株菌的生物学特性研究表明,菌株ZQq1和DYq2在pH值4~10之间,盐度不超过10%时能够生长。菌株ZQq1最适pH值为8,最适生长温度42 ℃,最适渗透压为0%;菌株DYq2最适生长温度为42 ℃,最适pH值为8,最适渗透压为1%。
