摘要:: 工资收入是新生代农民工在城市生存发展的基础保障。利用大样本调查数据构建多层次Mincer工资扩展方程，实证分析新生代农民工市民化对其工资收入水平的影响效应。实证结果显示，单一的城市落户对新生代农民工工资收入作用效果不明显，但一定人力资本水平的农民工市民化有助于其收入增长，住房保障和就业服务将对农民工收入产生激励效果。当前市民化政策偏离了生产效率导向，没有充分发挥人力资本积累的激励功能。各地市民化政策应兼顾分配功能和生产功能，实现城市社会公平和生产效率的统一。
