摘要:
分析了新生代农民工发展权的内涵和保障制度障碍，提出了建设保障新生代农民工发展权的制度机制的政策建议，主要从户籍、就业、教育培训和社会保障等方面的政策制定和制度改革进行研究，以保障新生代农民工的发展权。
