摘要:
通过对全国797位新生代农民工进行实证调查，采用Logistic回归统计分析方法，考察影响新生代农民工实现市民化的因素。结果表明，性别、月均收入、受教育水平、打工时间、遇到困难求助城市人的数量、主要交往对象以及社区参与情况这7个变量对实现市民化的影响显著，其中月均收入、受教育水平、打工时间、求助人数与社区参与情况与市民化的实现呈正相关，性别变量中男性农民工市民化的倾向较之于女性更大，主要交往对象越是以城市人为主，越有利于实现市民化。在此基础上，从人力资本和社会资本提升的角度，提出相应推进新生代农民工实现市民化进程的对策。
