摘要:
以人力资本为视角，选取3 402个新生代农民工作为样本，考察其先赋人力资本因素(性别、年龄)、自致人力资本因素(受教育程度、技能水平、参与培训时间、累计打工时间)对其就业转型的影响。Logistic回归分析结果发现，年龄、受教育程度、技能水平、接受培训时间4方面要素对新生代农民工就业转型的实现影响显著，年龄较小、受教育程度越高、拥有技能水平越高、接受职业培训时间越长的农民工就业转型实现比例越高，性别、累计打工时间对农民工就业转型影响不显著。
