摘要:
以蛹虫草及枸杞为主要原材料,对蛹虫草枸杞保健饮料的生产工艺条件进行了优化,确定最佳的工艺参数,即:蛹虫草汁和枸杞汁的混合比例为1 ∶4(体积比),混合汁添加量为30%,蔗糖添加量为7%,pH值为4.5,CMC为稳定剂,其用量为0.02%时,产品的品质最佳。
