摘要:
以烤烟品种云烟97为材料，通过田间试验研究了不同方式留花打顶对烤烟经济性状、化学成分、香气质量的影响。结果表明，保留中心花打掉周边花絮，5 d后再打顶处理的烟叶经济性状较好，还原糖含量较高，化学成分相对较为协调，香气物质中15种香气成分含量较高，综合品质有较大的改善。
