摘要:
以灵武长枣、灵武长枣4号、冬枣、中宁圆枣、同心圆枣为试材,对其花粉活力、花粉量、柱头可授性进行系统的研究。结果表明,灵武长枣单花花瓣展平期花粉发芽率最高,达54.1%;同心圆枣单花萼片展平期花粉发芽率最高,达45.5%。灵武长枣花粉发芽率和花粉量最高时期出现在盛花期即6月中下旬;灵武长枣和冬枣柱头可授性最高时间出现在花瓣展平至雄蕊展平期;同心圆枣和中宁圆枣柱头可授性最高时间出现在萼片展平期至雄蕊展平期。
