摘要:
采用门槛模型，探讨新疆地区工业化和城镇化在促进农业现代化进程中的门槛效应，以揭示新疆地区工业化和城镇化在农业现代化进程中的影响。结果表明，新疆地区工业化和城镇化对农业现代化的促进作用具有双门槛效应，工业化和城镇化发展水平越过一定的门槛值，会对地区农业现代化及地区农业经济的发展具有推动作用；城镇化对农业现代化的门槛效应对农业经济发展的影响不断深化，而当工业化水平超出一定限度，会对农业现代化水平的发展呈现一定的阻滞作用。在此基础上，对新疆地区按照门槛值进行归类，提出加快城镇化建设的对策建议，以期为统筹新疆地区协调发展提供指导。
