摘要:
以一号藜麦种子为研究对象,分别采用蒸馏水、70%甲醇、70%乙醇、70%丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮为溶剂,通过超声波浸提方法,比较不同溶剂提取藜麦种子提取物中活性物质含量及其抗氧化活性差异。结果表明,不同溶剂提取的藜麦种子总多酚、总黄酮含量存在一定差异,提取液中总多酚含量为1.14~3.28 mg/g,其中以70%乙醇为溶剂时含量最高;总黄酮含量为1.34~1.98 mg/g,以70%乙醇、蒸馏水为溶剂时含量较高,且二者之间无显著差异;不同溶剂藜麦种子提取液均具有一定的DPPH、羟基自由基清除能力和铁还原能力。同时相关性分析表明,不同溶剂提取物中总多酚含量与其抗氧化活性间的相关性显著,总黄酮含量与其抗氧化活性间的相关性较小。70%乙醇是藜麦种子中总多酚、总黄酮提取及其抗氧化活性研究的最好溶剂。本研究可为藜麦种子提取物的开发利用提供参考。
