摘要:
用超声法探讨提取藜麦黄酮的最佳工艺,并测定其自由基的清除能力及对淀粉酶的降解作用。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:料液比为1 g ∶[KG-*3]50 mL,乙醇浓度80%,提取温度50 ℃,提取时间30 min,超声功率为240 W。藜麦黄酮提取液对DPPH·、·OH的清除能力分别为89.3%、86.6%,对淀粉酶的抑制率为41.38%。
