摘要:
如何让社会资本与农民的利益紧密联系起来，是实现社会资本成功投资乡村振兴的关键，社会资本进入农业需要关注适宜的产业选择与定位、紧密的产民利益联结机制、领头人吃苦耐劳的精神与宽广的农民企业家情怀等方面的问题，政府还需从推进农业投入立法、创造良好的农业投资环境、完善农村社会保障体系和建立土地流转风险保障金制度等方面做好保障。
