摘要:
多花黑麦草是我国南方地区重要的冷季牧草,为探索高效的多花黑麦草青贮加工技术,试验以开花期多花黑麦草为材料,研究不同含水量和乳酸菌添加剂对多花黑麦草青贮品质的影响,探究制作多花黑麦草青贮饲料的适宜含水量和乳酸菌添加技术,为优质多花黑麦草青贮的制作提供理论依据。试验设不同含水量(凋萎与未凋萎)和添加乳酸菌处理,分别测定青贮后0、1、7、15、30、60 d微生物含量、发酵品质和营养品质。结果表明,在含水量为69%且添加适量的乳酸菌处理组的青贮饲料中乳酸含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05),干物质、体外消化率提高,氨态氮、中性洗涤纤维及酸性洗涤纤维含量降低,能够得到优质的多花黑麦草青贮饲料。
