摘要:
以菌丝生长速率、长势、生物转化率及菌袋污染率为评价指标,对以废弃油樟叶渣作为主要栽培料的平菇生产培养基进行配方筛选。结果表明,最佳培养基配方为废弃油樟叶渣68%、棉籽壳20%、麸皮10%、石膏1%、石灰1%;使用该配方生产平菇,菌丝生长速率及生物转化率提高,污染率下降。
