摘要:
目前，新生代农民工逐渐成为农民工群体的主力军，对我国经济社会发展和产业结构优化与升级发挥着重要的作用。从我国新生代农民工特征、教育、生活、就业现状，分析了教育对提高新生代农民工生活技能及社会地位的现实意义。提出了转变新生代农民工的教育观念，企业在新生代农民工教育工作中发挥积极作用，政府构建新生代农民工教育工作长效机制的政策建议。
