摘要:
以单因素试验、正交试验、验证性试验设计为基本研究方法,以杏鲍菇多糖提取率为评价指标,确定2种辅助方法提取杏鲍菇多糖的优组合条件及2种优组合的比较。结果表明,微波辅助提取多糖的优组合是微波功率为500 W,浸提时间6 min,料液比1 g ∶[KG-*3]30 mL,浸提次数为5次,多糖提取率为3.64%。恒温水浴振荡辅助提取多糖的优组合是速度为225 r/min,浸提时间100 min,料液比1 g∶[KG-*3]30 mL,浸提次数为4次,浸提温度65 ℃,多糖提取率为346%。结果微波辅助法优于水浴
