摘要:
以草菇子实体为材料,通过PBS浸提、硫酸铵沉淀、DEAE-52纤维素离子交换层析、Sephadex G-75 凝胶过滤层析等步骤,分离获得草菇凝集素单一成分VL-2。在此基础上,开展了VL-2对仓鼠、小白鼠、猪、狗、猫、驴、鸭、鸽子、兔、蛙、蛇、鸡等12种动物血红细胞的凝血活性试验,结果发现VL-2对上述前11种动物凝血活性的效价分别为1 024、1 024、512、4 096、4 096、1 024、64、64、128、64、2 048 U/mg,而对鸡血红细胞没有凝血活性。
