摘要:
以牛蒡为原料,研究影响超声波提取的因素,包括液料比、作用时间、间歇时间、功率、温度、浸提次数6个因素。通过PB试验和最陡爬坡试验,找出影响牛蒡菊糖提取率的最重要因素,即液料比、超声时间和功率,并确定 Box-Behnken 试验的因素和水平。对Box-Behnken试验结果进行统计分析,在模型预测的最佳条件下,即液料比、温度、超声功率分别为:14.39 mL ∶1 g、76.73 ℃、600 W;作用时间、间歇时间、提取次数为:10 min、2 s、1次,所得牛蒡菊糖的提取率为16.89%,与预测值的提取率17.053 5%比较接近,证明该模型对优化牛蒡菊糖的提取工艺可行。
