摘要:
测定不同产地莪术挥发油的红外指纹图谱,用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列法对指纹图谱进行鉴别与分析。结果表明,不同产地莪术的挥发油均有独特且稳定的红外指纹图谱。广东、广西、云南、海南等4个产地的莪术油的红外指纹图谱相互之间比较吻合,但存在一定差异。其中广东与海南、广西与海南、云南与海南、广东与广西、广西与云南、广东与云南的莪术挥发油的红外指纹图谱共有峰率分别为73.4%、82.5%、74.1%、83.5%、84.0%、77.5%。共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法可以准确地区别不同产地的莪术,利用该法可以有效地对多个莪术样品进行鉴别。
