摘要:
以工业废水排放量、烟(粉)尘排放量和SO2排放量、工业固体废物排放量分别作为资源环境的代表性指标,采用Tapio脱钩模型分析2008—2013年江西省各地级市城镇化水平与资源环境压力之间的关系。结果表明,江西省城镇化过程中在工业废水和烟(粉)尘排放方面控制较好,二氧化硫及固体废物污染控制方面表现略差;各指标脱钩弹性值具有较强的地域性;而降低资源环境压力的关键在于城镇化过程中优化城市产业结构布局,增加第三产业比例、提高污染处理水平及回收利用技术。
