摘要:
以腺苷单磷酸活化蛋白激酶α1(PRKAA1)基因作为候选基因,对50头10月龄的高坡猪PRKAA1基因序列进行PCR扩增,采用PCR扩增产物直接测序方法对该基因的SNP位点进行筛选,同时对不同基因型与肉质性状关联分析。结果表明,在高坡猪PRKAA1基因的序列中发现3个SNPs,分别为g.12988 TP<0.05);AA基因型个体肌肉的pH值极显著高于GG型,AG基因型个体与GG型个体相比未达到显著水平;其他性状在各基因间未达到显著水平。
