摘要:
为研究乳酸菌发酵饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能和小肠健康的影响,试验选取48头28日龄体况良好、体质量相近的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成2组,每组4个重复。对照组仔猪饲喂无抗乳猪全价配合饲料,试验组仔猪饲喂添加20%乳酸菌发酵饲料的全价料,试验共持续29 d。结果表明,与对照组比较,饲喂添加发酵饲料的全价料显著提高平均日采食量,但对仔猪免疫器官质量及其脏器指数无显著影响,饲喂发酵饲料显著降低仔猪胃、回肠及结肠食糜的pH值,显著提高仔猪结肠中乙酸含量,对仔猪空肠和回肠的肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度以及二者之比无显著性影响,显著提高仔猪粪便中的乳酸菌数量和降低大肠杆菌的数量,对沙门氏菌的数量无显著影响。结果表明,乳酸菌发酵饲料对断奶仔猪肠道微生物组成有改善效果,但对生长性能和形态学指标无明显影响。
