摘要:
胰岛素样生长因子1受体(IGF-ⅠR)广泛存在于动物组织中,是一种在动物生长和发育过程中具有重要作用的酪氨酸激酶。探讨IGF- R基因多态性与动物机体生产性能之间的关系,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文主要从IGF- R基因的生物学功能、基因多态性与生产性能之间的关系等方面进行了介绍,以期为相关研究提供参考。
