摘要:
牛樟芝是一种珍稀的药用真菌,因其寄主专一性,野生资源缺乏,人工培育困难,可持续发展面临严峻挑战。本文评述牛樟芝的化学成分、生物活性和发酵技术的研究进展。牛樟芝化学物质多样,已分离获得325种化学物质,分属酯类、酸类和萜类等15类。发掘这些化学物质和粗提物的生物活性,发现牛樟芝具有抗癌、免疫调节、保肝和消炎等多种药用功能。为获得更广泛的应用,以获得更优的菌丝生长,子实体形成和功能活性物质产生的椴木栽培、固体发酵和液体发酵技术被不断完善。但是要以牛樟芝为材料大量生产药品,临床试验须进一步研究,活性物质生物功能须进一步发掘,人工培育技术须进一步优化。
