摘要:
通过对1，1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、·OH的清除活性、还原力、螯合能力、总抗氧化能力的测定，评价矮冷水花水提取物、95%乙醇提取物及其石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相和水溶性3个不同极性部位的抗氧化活性；测定总黄酮、总酚含量；采用化学反应鉴别法对矮冷水花提取物进行化学成分预试验。预试验结果表明：矮冷水花可能含有酚类、鞣质、黄酮类、挥发油或油脂、氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、还原糖、多糖、苷类、甾体、萜类内酯、香豆素及其苷类化学成分。试验结果表明：水提取物、95%乙醇提取物以及其石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相、水溶性部位提取物均表现出一定抗氧化活性，其中乙酸乙酯部位的黄酮、总酚含量最高，分别为28.43%、2.16%，清除DPPH自由基、·OH的能力、还原力、螯合力及总抗氧化能力的IC50值分别为0.142、0.598、0.328、1.008、0.298 mg/mL，并且随着浓度的增加，清除活性增强。综合试验结果可知，矮冷水花提取物具有很好的抗氧化活性，乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化活性最强。
