摘要:
通过研究藜麦苗期植株及根系对混合盐碱胁迫的响应,探讨藜麦对混合盐碱胁迫的适应特点,以期为在盐碱地种植藜麦提供理论根据。以采自山西静乐县的藜麦为试验材料,用沙培的方式进行培育,将2种中性盐NaCl和Na2SO4及2种碱性盐NaHCO3和Na2CO3按照1 ∶ 4 ∶ 4 ∶ 1的比例混合,浓度梯度设定为0 (CK)、100、150、200、250、300 mmol/L共6个混合盐碱处理。结果表明,随着混合盐碱浓度的增大,茎、叶及总生物量呈现下降的趋势,而根生物量则表现为先增后降;由根、茎和叶生物量分配可以看出,随着浓度的增大,叶生物量比率呈现先降后增的趋势,而根生物量比率则是先增后降,茎生物量比率变化不明显;混合盐碱胁迫抑制了藜麦株高的生长,当浓度达到 200 mmol/L 时与对照相比显著降低;根冠比与对照相比均有不同程度的增加,并且100、150 mmol/L时增加显著;藜麦的地上部和根部的盐敏感指数和耐性指数随混合盐碱浓度的增加而明显下降;根表面积、根体积、根长和根尖数都呈现下降的趋势,而根直径变化不明显;根系活力随着盐碱浓度的增加而增加,并且当浓度达到250 mmol/L时,与对照相比达到显著水平。
