摘要:
生猪产业涉及生猪的饲养、流通、加工、销售等环节，销售作为生猪产业链的基本环节之一，在生猪产业的发展中起着至关重要的作用。基于江苏省245户养殖户的调查数据，采用有序Probit模型，分别从信息成本、谈判成本、执行成本、社会网络、社会信任、社会声望及社会参与等7个方面，对生猪流通中交易费用与社会资本对养殖户生猪销售渠道选择的影响进行研究。结果表明，信息成本、执行成本与谈判成本对养殖户生猪销售渠道选择的影响比较显著，社会网络、社会信任和社会参与的影响也很明显；此外，养殖户的年龄、文化程度也会影响生猪销售渠道的选择。
