摘要:
采用室内培养试验方法,研究有益复合菌与菌糠等有机物料复合对土壤微生物呼吸作用的影响。结果表明,有益复合菌与菌糠等有机物料复合均可提高土壤微生物CO2释放量,有益复合菌与不同有机物料复合CO2释放能力不同,以麦麸为主体采用玉米秸杆调节碳氮比处理有利于CO2释放,以菌糠调节碳氮比处理的CO2释放能力不及麦麸;以菌糠、麦麸、玉米秸杆为主体添加菌剂对土壤微生物CO2释放量有影响,但差异不显著。结果表明,以土壤微生物呼吸作用来评价土壤生物总体活性的影响,选择适宜有益复合菌适合的有机载体非常必要。
