摘要:
利用响应面法,对香菇菌糠多糖(Lentinus edodes residues polysaccharides,LRPS)的提取条件进行优化,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气相色谱(GC)等对其2种组分LRPS-1、LRPS-2进行化学结构特征分析,测定其抗氧化活性。结果表明,LRPS的最佳提取条件为:加水稀释35倍、醇沉时间20 h、pH值为8,此时多糖的得率为3.69%;LRPS-1由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖组成,物质量之比为1.7 ∶1.0 ∶3.0,LRPS-2由鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖组成,物质量之比为7.2 ∶2.3 ∶1.0 ∶8.4;LRPS-1、LRPS-2均有较强的抗氧化活性,LRPS-2更为显著。
