摘要:
运用热重分析法在空气气氛中研究了基质为棉籽壳菌糠的热解过程。在不同升温速率(10、20、30 ℃/min)下,对热解TG、DTG曲线进行分析,得出原料热解分为失重阶段、预热解阶段、热解阶段、炭化阶段4个阶段。运用Satava法推断出原料热解机理函数为G(α)=(1-α)-1;采用Coats-Redfern法结合机理函数建立动力学模型,所得结果与Ozawa法值相近,说明此法可用来计算原料动力学参数。
