摘要:
新型职业农民是我国农业现代化建设的重要人力资源，培育新型职业农民是我国实现“四化同步”的重要战略选择，是当前“三农”工作的重中之重。当前，新型职业农民培育进展缓慢，其主要原因是培育体系不完备，存在运行机制不畅、动力机制不足、竞争机制缺乏、保障机制滞后等问题。本文基于人力资源管理与开发理论与实践，提出构建新型职业农民培育“规划配置、招募培训、绩效管理、收入福利、准入竞争、职业保障”的“六模块”“一揽子”思路，创新我国新型职业农民培育体系。
