摘要:
针对新疆南疆地区红枣的水分检测,选用烘干减质量法、卤素测定仪法和近红外光谱法对红枣水分进行检测,分析不同方法测定过程中的优缺点,并将进行结果数理统计分析。结果表明,卤素测定仪法较另外2种方法所测的结果偏低约0.72百分点(5.38%),近红外光谱法与烘干减质量法测定的结果没有显著差异。
