摘要:
对红枣进行无损检测并分级有助于了解红枣的品质和提高其商品价值,通过找出红枣品质参数与声学参数之间的关系,对红枣品质进行评价并分级。结果表明,超声波在红枣中的传播速度随硬度和含水率的增大而增大,随可溶性固形物含量和总含糖量的增加而减小;根据红枣的含水率和总含糖量与超声波声速的关系,红枣等级与超声波声速关系为超声波在红枣中的传播速度在330 m/s以下,其红枣为一级果,传播速度在330 m/s至345 m/s之间红枣为二级果;传播速度在345 m/s至361 m/s之间为三级果。
