摘要:
通过屠宰病变评估及病理组织学检查对苏姜猪新品种的肺病变发生情况、病变类型、季节性发病特点、肉眼肺病变的发病程度与病理组织学病变的关联性进行了研究。结果显示,360头供试苏姜猪中肺病变的发病率为75%,其中冬季发病率最高,达到81.1%,其次为春季、秋季、夏季。苏姜猪的平均肺病变指数为1.12,病变程度较为轻微。肺病变比例在1%~10%区间内最多,占31.9%(115/360)。在360份肺样中,慢性型病变最多,占肺病变总数的 38.6%;但冬季急性型的发生率最高,达到40.8%。在病理组织学检查中,慢性型肺病变中的支气管淋巴组织增生更为广泛。通过肉眼病变观察得出的病变类型与通过病理组织学检查得出的结论相类似,苏姜猪的肺病变主要发生在感染后期和恢复阶段。
