摘要:
利用K-均值法和AFLP指纹图谱方法,对40个甜菜品种进行筛选和研究。结果表明,40个甜菜品种可分为高抗低磷胁迫、低抗低磷胁迫和中抗低磷胁迫3大类。其中高抗低磷品种有6个、低抗低磷品种12个、中抗低磷品种22个。利用64对引物组合对引物及扩增条带数进行K-值聚类分析,筛选出E-ACC/M-CTT、E-ACG/M-CAA、E-ACG/M-CTA、E-ACG/M-CTT、E-AGC/M-CAG、E-AGC/M-CTA、E-AGC/M-CTT、E-ACT/M-CTT、E-AAG/M-CTT 9对适合高抗低磷胁迫基因型甜菜特异引物,并扩增出72个差异条带。以上研究结果为更好地鉴定甜菜品种提供了参考依据。
