摘要:
通过对天猫生鲜频道5 772条在线评论数据进行文本挖掘,提炼生鲜农产品电子商务消费者关注的主要因素,运用内容分析方法进行编码分析。在此基础上,运用回归和四分图模型分析影响生鲜农产品电子商务消费者满意度的关键因素。结果表明,消费者关注的因素主要包括产品质量、价格价值、包装物流和客户服务四大类共19种因素。除配送费用和发货速度外,其余因素均对消费者满意度有显著影响。消费者关注的重点包括味道、品质、新鲜、外观、口感、包装以及配送速度等因素,消费者对大部分因素表示满意,对品质、外观、商品描述等因素满意程度较低。进而给出一些提高生鲜农产品电子商务消费者满意度的对策建议。
