摘要:
采用高通量测序技术研究海鲜菇栽培料中的细菌群落多样性、微生物群落组成,结果表明,海鲜菇栽培料细菌16S rDNA的V3~V4区测序共获得52 192条序列,10 588个OTU数目,栽培料中具有较多的微生物群落;群落中,变形菌门占92.71%,γ-变形菌纲占75.77%,假单胞菌目占69.76%,莫拉氏菌科占68.73%,不动杆菌属占66.30%。
